Concept of Operations

The basic concept of operations is to bring suite in District of Columbia Federal Court against DoDDS-E for violation of DoD security regulations and punish them by taking part of thier budget and gaining a 20% market share for home schooling--simultaneously providing for better use of taxpayer funds and additional employment for military spouses.
